Printing & Fulfillment
All products are printed and fulfilled by Printify and QPMN, our trusted third-party printing partners. Each item is made to order to ensure the best quality for our customers.
Please note:

Printify and QPMN handle printing, packing, and shipping independently.

Orders fulfilled by Printify will arrive separately from those produced by QPMN.

Due to production and shipping origins, Printify orders typically arrive sooner as they are fulfilled domestically, while QPMN orders may take longer since they ship from China.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted to production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please double-check your order details (such as sizes, colors, and shipping information) before completing your purchase.
Refunds & Reprints
We strive to ensure every product meets your expectations. However, if you receive an item with imprint imperfections such as:

Scratches

White dots (areas with no ink deposit)

Product damage during shipping
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at frolicedofferings@gmail.com.
Attach clear photos of the issue and include your order number.
We will forward your claim to the respective manufacturer (Printify or QPMN). If they determine the issue qualifies under their reprint policy, a free reprint of the affected item will be issued. Please note that refunds are not available for such cases—only reprints.
