Production & Shipping

This deck is listed as a pre-order / made-to-order item. My manufacturer—who produces the decks to my specifications—is located in China. They do not mass-produce these decks; each one is made individually as orders come in. Producing them in the U.S. would have significantly increased the cost for customers.

The pre-order label is used so buyers understand the full timeline:

  • Processing: 5–7 business days

  • Production: 7–10 business days

  • Shipping: 7–14 business days

This means the total time from order to delivery can take several weeks, and sometimes over a month. There is also a quality-control stage, and if a deck fails QC, the process restarts.

Based on the photos you provided, it appears that the deck you received passed QC when it should not have. I sincerely apologize for that oversight.

Printing

The deck was intentionally created with a darker, shadowed motif to reflect the themes and emotion of the project. The intention was for the artwork to be immersive and subtle—something that invites the user to sit with the imagery and detials to emerge gradually with your devotion.

  • Keep away from water, moisture, and excessive humidity.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat to help prevent fading and warping.
  • Store cards flat in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • For extra protection, use trading card sleeves, binder pages, or a protective card case.
  • Avoid bending, folding, scratching, or placing heavy objects on the cards.
  • If needed, gently wipe the surface with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning products.

Treat them like your favorite burned CD from 2006—carefully, dramatically, and like they’re completely irreplaceable. 🖤
